Director and owner of Forensic Analytical Consultants, a California licensed forensic alcohol laboratory and consulting service, performing independent analyses of approximately 5,000 blood and urine samples.

NHTSA certification in Field Sobriety Testing theory, administration and analysis;
Drug Alcohol Recognition Training Program (D.A.R.T.); and
